You can not get further - this is the end of the road. You do not need to get further, because this is the most relaxing and peaceful place in the whole destrict of Dar es Salaam. All you see on the left side of the road belongs to the property as well what is in the back and not visible here. |

Unspoiled as well as untouched is the tiny little piece of paradise. Although a small village is nearby, on the beach you are fully undisturbed. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Well located on the bottom of a small sandy bay, the property runs along the end of the main road. Its frontage of approx. only thirty meters is due to the higher rocky underground safe of erosion. Keep in mind that this is the most Southern beach of Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam - all what comes South of it can only be accessed via the Kilva Road. |

The topographical map makes it also clear, that all other land the area South of this beach is covered by mangroves. Keep in mind that this location is a dead end and therefore it is pretty peaceful. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

From Dar es Salaam ferry the property can be reached all through the year in less than one hour drive of fun and comfort on a well maintained gravel road. |
