| The water is as much blue as the sand is white. Local fishermen are living nearby which means fresh seafood supply and even boat tours with local fisher boats can be organized. This part of Zanzibar is famous for its incredible snorkling and diving facilities. |

Seen from the neighboring hotel wall: The tall, old coconut palms are reaching easily an heights of 50 meters! If North or South beach walkers can walk as long as they can on this white coral sand of this very long beach stretch along the East coast of Zanzibar. |

Coral stones were used to construct the long straight wall of the neighboring hotel. The plot goes till the road which is behind the sandy space, visible in the middle of the picture and at the Southern end the residence of a European diplomate marks the end of the property. |

| Especially the last 3 kilometers towards the beach property are going through fantastic natural scenery of coconut palms. The ones who want to travel faster can use the recently finished overland gravel road in the interior. But nowadays you can even use the recently constructed tarmac road which runs a couple of hundred meters in the interior. |

An excellent overview of the whole property from the coastal hill in the interior: In front the sandy road which is the Western border of the property. Indigenous bush covers three quarters of the land and most of the coconut palms are scattered allover the property. | Less than 50 kilometers is the distance from Zanzibar town towards "Next paradise". The tarmac road is only 300 meters far away and full infrastructure is accessible in the direct neighborhood which means electricity and pipe water. |
