Even from here Jangwani Road which was formerly called Africana Road you can already smell the Indian Ocean. After only five hundred meters on this tarmac road turn left towards the property.

From the tarmac road only less than 200 meters along this gravel road have to be passed till the entry of the property. This road surface as well as the blind alley location bring no disturbance in this peaceful oasis environment.

At the junction of the above road turn left into the small road and along the calm dead end follows the mansion on th left hand side.

Surrounded by lots of different palms and flowers every visitor gets at once the feeling of a park atmosphere.

  

Water tank as well as satellite dish ready installed on top of the roof. In the ground floor the palms ensuring privacy towards the neighbours, but from the first floor they do not hinder the view .

Not even the kitchen is missing an air-conditione!. A secure outside door is a must as well as the installed alarm system in this part of the house. Additionally the whole kitchen cabinet is made out of durable tropical hard wood.

Bright light fills the master bedroom upstairs. All facilities of this floor, dressing room, balcony, living room and of course bath room are creating together an executive suit in the upper level of the house

  

Clean and bright are all bathrooms. Not only because of the good maintenance also due to the light coming through the bathroom window.

Marked in yellow Oasis rest has road access to two sides, but due to the vegetation and the little traffic on this roads you do not get the idea of being next to the road. As mentioned before the entrance is located away from the bigger road along the dead end.

On the tarmac road which runs 200 meter away from the property are five hotels located. This road is very much inhabited by foreigners because of the nearby ocean and the very good neighbourhood..
